Food Connections Clarence

The aim of this project is to provide increased access and supply of nutritious food to older isolated people in the community.  This is being achieved through a partnership approach with Council’s Positive Ageing Advisory Committee CPAAC, and with the:

Funded by the Department of Premier and Cabinet Food Security Funding and Clarence City Council, the 2 year project is working on increasing the number of social eating programs across Clarence and increasing access to low cost and nutritious meals for older isolated residents.
