The Meeting will be held for the purpose of considering a Planning Application at 66 Kennedy Drive & 63 Cambridge Park Drive, Cambridge for a Bulky Goods and Takeaway Food Premises.
Public Attendance
Members of the public are able to attend council meetings, although there are no longer maximum density requirements in place due to COVID-19, please consider your own personal circumstances and vulnerabilities before attending in person.
Members of the public wishing to attend are asked to register via the on-line booking system at https://ccc.tas.gov.au/councilmeetingbookings. If you are unable to access the internet or experience issues with the booking system, you can contact our Corporate Support team on either 6217 9523 or 6217 9524 who will be able to register for you.
Registration will open at 9.00am on the Thursday before the meeting. On the evening of the meeting doors will open at 6.40pm with attendance preferred by no later than 6.50pm to allow time for seating of attendees prior to commencement of the meeting. If you have registered but no longer wish to attend, please advise our Corporate Support team prior to the meeting.
Viewing the Council Meeting
Meetings will be livestreamed via a link on Council’s Facebook Page and website and an audio-visual recording will be published to Council’s website. The Agenda will be available at the Council offices and on Council’s website at www.ccc.tas.gov.au on Thursday 8 February.
