Temporary Road Closures
Pursuant to Section 25(1) of the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982, notice is given that for the purpose of conducting Council’s major stormwater infrastructure upgrades and a TasWater watermain upgrade the following roads will be affected:
Clarence Street, Bellerive will be closed to through traffic for three nights causing possible delays between Derwent Street and Beach Street from:
6.30pm Tuesday, 13 February 2024 to 6.30am Wednesday, 14 February 2024; and
6.30pm Wednesday, 14 February 2024 to 6.30am Thursday, 15 February 2024.
6.30pm Thursday, 15 February 2024 to 6.30am Friday, 16 February 2024.
Beach Street, Bellerive will be closed progressively to through traffic between Church Street and Douglas Street from Tuesday, 13 February 2024 to Friday, 31 May 2024.
Council apologises for any inconvenience this may cause and seeks the co-operation of motorists and pedestrians in exercising caution and observing signs when in the area.
