Council Offices
The Council Offices will close at 5.15pm on Thursday, 28 March and payments will be accepted up until 5.00pm.
The Offices will re-open at normal hours on Wednesday, 3 April.
Mornington Depot
The Mornington Depot will close at 4.00pm on Thursday, 28 March and will re-open at 7.30am on Wednesday, 3 April.
After Hours Services
For all emergency services after hours including roads and stormwater, please ring 6217 9700.
Dog and Animal Control
For urgent matters outside normal office hours please ring the after hours number –6217 9700.
Collection of Garbage, Recyclables and Green Waste
Collection of garbage, recyclables and green waste will take place over the Easter period as per the normal collection schedule, including Good Friday.
Collections will commence in all areas from 6.00am so please ensure your bin is on the roadside before 6.00am. If your bin(s) are not collected on your usual collection day, please call our dedicated waste support hotline operated by Cleanaway on 1800 329 084 for further assistance.
Mornington Park Waste Transfer Station
The Mornington Park Waste Transfer Station will be closed on Good Friday (29 March) and will be open from 8.30am until 4.00pm on the following days:
• Saturday, 30 March;
• Sunday, 31 March; and
• Monday, 1 April.
Other days will be as per normal operating hours (7.30am to 5.00pm weekdays, 8.30am to 4.00pm weekends and public holidays).

Clarence Aquatic Centre
The opening hours for the centre over the Easter period are as follows:
- Good Friday, 29 March Closed
- Saturday, 30 March – 11am – 2.30pm
- Easter Sunday 31 March – 11.30am – 2.30pm
- Easter Monday 1 April – 11.30am – 2.30pm

The Centre will close at 5.30pm on Thursday, 28 March and re-open at 7.30am on Wednesday, 3 April.
Children’s Services – Alma Street (Family Day Care, Outside School Hours Care and Holiday Care)
The Children’s Services office will close at 5.00pm on Thursday, 28 March and will re-open at normal time on Wednesday, 3 April.
Clarence Community Volunteer Service
The Volunteer Service will close at 2.00pm on Thursday, 28 March and will re-open at 9.00am on Wednesday, 3 April.
Schoolhouse Gallery and Rosny Farm
The Complex will be closed over the Easter period from 5.00pm on Thursday, 28 March and will reopen on Wednesday, 3 April at 11.00am. Normal operating hours are Wednesday to Sunday 11.00am to 5.00pm.
Youth Services
The Youth Services office will close at 5.15pm on Thursday, 28 March and will reopen at 8.30am on Wednesday, 3 April.
