During a recent safety inspection of the Richmond Village Green playground our team has discovered extensive wood rot at the base of some of the ply equipment.
The playground has now been temporarily closed while we investigate options to repair and replace it.
Fencing has been erected around the site and the playground will remain closed until further notice.
We understand how important the playground is to people who live in and visit Richmond and implementing the best solution is our highest priority.
