There will be works on Bellerive Boardwalk starting the week of 15 April 2024 and taking up to 2 days.
The works are to remove the concrete footings that were supporting a timber landing off the Bellerive Boardwalk (near the stage).
Removal of the landing is required due to safety concerns and non-compliance with current standards. Council recently removed the timber landing and steps from the Bellerive Boardwalk, however the removal of the concrete footings requires heavy machinery which may generate some noise and areas of the boardwalk will be closed off during the works period.
