From 20-22 March 2024, the pier will be closed to the public as we install new water fixtures aimed at benefiting our local anglers, as well as the establishment of power and water supplies to assist with the regular maintenance of the pier.
After Easter, we will commence works to connect the power and water services from the main supply in the carpark to the pier. It is anticipated to take 2 days to complete the service trenching across the carpark. During this second stage car park spaces available will be reduced by 35% while the works are conducted.
This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to improving community facilities and we will be working diligently to ensure minimal disruption during this time.
