Subdivision and strata titles
After you obtain a permit to subdivide land and complete the necessary works, your land surveyor must lodge subdivision plans for sealing by the council. Once this is done, the plans will be forwarded to the Land Titles Office.
Strata and staged development schemes divide a property into lots and common property, typically to allow for separate ownership of multi-use developments, such as multiple dwelling developments, commercial or industrial complexes.
