Council gives a hand to public art works

Clarence City Council has recently refurbished another piece of public artwork. The work titled the Hand of Change by Matthew Carney (1966 – 2011) located in Montagu Bay Park was completed in 1990 and was carved from the stump of an old Macrocarpa Pine using chainsaws.
