The City of Clarence invites written representations on the relevant exhibition documents in relation to the Clarence draft Local Provisions Schedule (LPS). The Tasmanian Planning Commission has directed the planning authority to publicly exhibit the LPS under section 35B of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 (the Act).
Council invites anyone wishing to discuss the Draft Local Provisions Schedule to make an appointment to meet with a member of Council’s planning staff. Appointments can be made during normal working hours (8.30am – 5.15pm) or, if required, after hours (5.15pm – 8.30pm) between Monday, 2 March and Friday, 13 March 2020.

The documents are exhibited from Wednesday, 15 January 2020 until close of business Tuesday, 17 March 2020. During this time any person may make a representation addressed to the General Manager, by writing to PO Box 96, Rosny Park, 7018 or by electronic mail to clarence@ccc.tas.gov.au.
