NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEASE PUBLIC LAND
33 Salacia Avenue, Howrah
In accordance with section 178 of the Local Government Act 1993, the Clarence City Council gives notice of its intention to renew the lease of an area of land at 33 Salacia Avenue, Howrah to the Southern Support School for the existing community garden. The lease term will be for 5 years with an option for a further term of 5 years.
A plan of the area is available at the Council offices and on the Council website www.ccc.tas.gov.au
Any objection to the proposed leasing of this public land may be made in writing to the General Manager, PO Box 96, Rosny Park, 7018 by no later than close of business Friday 3 December 2021.
