NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEASE
PUBLIC LAND
18 Heemskirk Street, Warrane
In accordance with section 178 of the Local Government Act 1993 Council intends to enter into a new lease with Warrane Mornington Neighbourhood Centre (the current Lessee) for a community garden on the public land at 18 Heemskirk Street, Warrane for a term of 10 years.
A plan of the area is available at the Council offices and on the Council website www.ccc.tas.gov.au
Any objection to the proposed leasing of this public land may be made in writing to the General Manager, PO Box 96, Rosny Park, 7018 by no later than close of business Monday 5 July 2021.
