NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEASE PUBLIC LAND
142 Colebrook Road, Richmond “Kellyfield”
In accordance with section 178 of the Local Government Act 1993 the Clarence City Council gives notice of its intention to renew the lease of the council land at 142 Colebrook Road, Richmond, known as “Kellyfield” to the Hobart Model Aero Club Inc. for the existing aero club site. The lease term will be for 10 years.
A plan of the area is available at the council offices and on the council website www.ccc.tas.gov.au
Any objection to the proposed leasing of this public land may be made in writing to the General Manager, PO Box 96, Rosny Park, 7018 by no later than close of business Tuesday 21 December 2021.
