NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL LAND
SECTION 137 LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993

The Clarence City Council has resolved its intention to sell the land specified below to recover rates outstanding on the land for a period of 3 years or more.

PROPERTY 105 Mockridge Road, Clarendon Vale. 
OWNER Michael Ian Clinch.
AMOUNT OF RATES AND CHARGES OUTSTANDING $121,519.91 as of 13 December 2023
PERIOD OUTSTANDING (Since and including) 2002/2003 financial year.

Notice is given that if the amount in respect to the specified land is not paid in full within ninety (90) days the Clarence City Council intends to sell the land for non-payment of rates.

The ratepayer is also responsible for payment of any penalty and interest arising from the outstanding rates and the Council’s costs incurred in taking action under section 137 of the Local Government Act 1993.

Council will only accept enquiries regarding the above-mentioned land from owners of the land or persons who have a legal interest in the land.
