NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEASE PUBLIC LAND
South Arm Community Centre, 9 Calverton Place, South Arm.
In accordance with section 178 of the Local Government Act 1993 the Clarence City Council gives notice of its intention to renew the lease of the South Arm Community Centre at 9 Calverton Place, South Arm to the South Arm Peninsula Residents Association Inc. The lease area is varied to include the existing adjacent community garden. The lease term will be for 10 years.

Any objection to the proposed leasing of this public land may be made in writing to the General Manager, PO Box 96, Rosny Park, 7018 by no later than close of business Friday 20 May 2022.
