In accordance with section 178 of the Local Government Act 1993 the Clarence City Council gives notice of its intention to extend the existing leased area of the Lauderdale Yacht Club at 5 Kirra Road, Roches Beach, an area of public land, by an additional 115 square metres immediately adjacent to the lower north-western boundary of the existing lease area.
The extension is to enable the Lauderdale Yacht Club to install a larger storage shed on the site, aligned with existing storage sheds to maximise movement and space within the leased area.

Any objection to the proposed leasing of this public land may be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 96, Rosny Park, 7018 by no later than close of business Wednesday 9 August 2023.
