An update on the Kangaroo Bay Hotel development from Chambroad Overseas Investment Australia Pty Ltd (Chambroad) was tabled at a Clarence City Council meeting on 11 April 2022.
Clarence City Council Acting Mayor Heather Chong said the progress update was useful in understanding where Chambroad was in the process.
“We thank Chambroad representatives for their project update and look forward to hearing more at the next update in June,” she said.
“Council remains committed to seeing the project progress in its approved form.”
