Soccer Field #3 at Wentworth Park in Howrah is temporarily closed this week due to a plover nesting on the field.
Plovers are a protected species, and the nesting site cannot be relocated. The field will remain closed while the plover is nesting to protect the bird and its eggs.
Please stay clear of the closed area and follow any signage or fencing in place.
