Subject to suitable weather conditions, a planned burn will take place from 11 pm on Wednesday 28 October 2026 at 300 Pittwater Road, Seven Mile Beach.
It involves the burning of forest waste piles associated with vegetation clearing for golf course development on private land. The works are being conducted under a Forest Practices Plan.
Smoke may be visible in the surrounding area during these activities. Residents are encouraged to take care if smoke affects local roads or reduces visibility.
