A free Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day is coming to the Eastern Shore as part of a TasWaste South and Mornington Park Waste Transfer Station (MPWTS) initiative, with support from the City of Clarence.

Safely dispose of unwanted household and garden chemicals, including solvents, household cleaners, pesticides, herbicides, poisons, pool chemicals, acids and alkalis, hobby chemicals and old fuel.
The service is free for all Tasmanian householders. Container limits apply (maximum 20 kg or 20 litres per container, up to 100 kg or 100 litres per customer).
