At the Special Planning Authority Meeting, Council:
- Approved a development application for a or transport depot and distribution (Mail Centre), signage, water tanks and associated infrastructure at 158 Surf Road, Seven Mile Beach.
At the Council Meeting on 9 June 2026, Council:
- Approved a planning application for two multiple dwellings – (one new and one existing) and demolition of existing outbuildings at 192 Tranmere Road, Howrah.
- Approved a planning application for additions and alterations and secondary residence (single dwelling) at 47 Bayside Drive, Lauderdale.
- Approved a planning application for partial change of use to visitor accommodation (camping and caravan) at 105 Musks Road, Sandford.
- Approved a development application for a seven-lot subdivision at 1C Robin Court, Lindisfarne.
- Approved a planning application for Rokeby Park and Ride Facility (Vehicle Parking) at 33 Tollard Drive, Rokeby.
- Noted a petition requesting approval from Council to erect Wildlife Signage on Oceana Drive, Tranmere.
- Adopted the Coastal Hazards Policy.
- Received the Quarterly Report January to March 2026.
- Approved the distribution of financial grants totalling $4,367.30 to applicants in the February 2026 funding round of the Environment and Biodiversity Grants Program.
- Received and noted the Code of Conduct Determination Reports for Cr Ritchie vs Cr Mulder, and Cr Goyne vs Cr Warren.
