At the Council Meeting on 29 June 2026, Council:
- refused an application to extend the planning permit for a 1 Lot Subdivision at 1 Monique Street, Howrah for a further two-year period.
- approved a planning application for additions and alterations (single dwelling) at 7 Willoughby Court, Clarendon Vale
- rezoned 22 Goodwins Road, Clarendon Vale and adjacent Goodwins Road reservation to General Residential, Inner Residential and Open Space
- adopted the Richmond Village Master Plan 2026
- noted the Initial Assessment Report on the Kangaroo Bay Hotel Major Project Proposal and endorsed the Council’s response to the consultation
- nominated Councillor Chong as a candidate for election as a Committee Member of the General Management Committee for the Southern Electoral District
- adopted the Bushfire Hazard Management Areas on Council Land Policy 2026
- committed to review information relating to a traffic and pedestrian changes to the intersection of Shoreline Drive and Clarence Street at an upcoming councillor workshop.
