At the Council meeting on Monday 20 April 2026, Council:
- approved a Change of Use to Visitor Accommodation at 11 Sunnyside Road, Lindisfarne
- approved a Change of Use to Business and Professional Service (consulting rooms) at 180 Clarence Street, Howrah
- provided landowner consent for council owned land at 19D Lincoln Street, Lindisfarne and road reserve titles at Natone Street to be included in the application for a permit for the development of a public passenger ferry terminal and associated works.
