At the Council Meeting on 21 September 2026, Council:
- approved a planning application for a Storage Facility (Contractors Yard) and associated buildings and infrastructure at 20 and 42 Scotts Road, Risdon Vale
- approved a planning application for additions and alterations at 24 Esplanade, Seven Mile Beach
- approved a planning application for multiple dwellings at 23 and 25 Hill Street, Bellerive
- approved an application for change of use to visitor accommodation at 2/38 Frederick Henry Parade, Cremorne
- rescinded a previous Council decision made in August to defer upgrades at Bayview Park, Lauderdale until a Council workshop (meaning Request for Tender process can begin)
- voted against a Notice of Motion for a herbicide-free trial at Bellerive Beach Park.
