At the Council Meeting on 10 August 2026, Council:
- approved a Planning Application for Additions and Alterations including Rectification Works at 242 Tranmere Road, Tranmere.
- noted a petition regarding Bayview Park, Lauderdale, and authorised the Chief Executive Officer to write to petitioners acknowledging their concerns and advising of Council’s decision.
- adopted the Clarence Plains Plan 2026.
- adopted the updated No Spray Register Policy 2026.
- passed a motion to expedite the redevelopment of the steps and handrail access to the western end of Bellerive Beach.
- passed a motion to request that the Chief Executive Officer refer the inclusion of contemporary ‘Buy Local’ provisions within the Code of Tendering, currently under review, to Council’s Audit Panel for consideration.
