  • Is interested in community issues relating to major events
  • Can consider different perspectives
  • Is willing to participate constructively in committee discussions
  • Is available to attend meetings and engage with the Committee throughout the football and cricket seasons.

Meetings and time commitment

The Committee meets before the football and cricket seasons to discuss upcoming events and any potential impacts on the Transport Plan.

The residents’ representative may also receive enquiries from local residents about traffic issues experienced during oval events and provide relevant feedback to the Committee.

A parking hotline is provided for each event for residents experiencing specific vehicle parking issues during an event.

How to apply

Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and include:

  • Your name, address and contact details
  • A brief outline of why you are interested in joining the Committee.
