Key responsibilities
- Support staff with purchasing processes and system queries (OneCouncil)
- Manage council’s procurement portal (VendorPanel) and contractor records
- Assist with tenders, contracts and supplier arrangements
- Provide advice on procurement rules and procedures
- Monitor stationery, printing and related budgets
- Deliver training and support on procurement processes
- Help maintain accurate records and systems
About you
- Experience in procurement, purchasing and/or finance
- Good understanding of procurement principles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
What we offer you
- Base salary between $75,071.65 and $86,731.41 will be offered (dependent on skills and experience) + 12.5% superannuation
- Permanent/full-time
- Monthly rostered day off
