As our Finance Officer, you’ll handle daily financial transactions, provide front-line service, and support finance operations across the organisation, all while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Process payments, receipts, and financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support reconciliations and reporting
  • Respond to enquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person
  • Support finance admin tasks and contribute to process improvements
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

About you

  • Experience in accounts payable and customer service
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving with a data-driven mindset
  • Good digital literacy and confidence using financial systems

What we offer you

  • A base salary between $75,071.65 and $86,731.41 (pro-rata), dependent on skills and experience + 12.5% superannuation.
  • Permanent/part-time (Total 22.5 hours per week)
  • Work pattern negotiable
