Request for a No permit required assessment

Request for No Permit Required Assessment

Use this form to request a No Permit Required (NPR) assessment – a formal non-statutory planning assessment based on a finalised design or set of documentation. A No Permit Required assessment provides formal advice suitable to satisfy the requirements of the Building Act 2016. This form can be completed by owners, builders, designers and surveyors. Please contact us if you require a PDF form. Printed forms are also available at Council Chambers 38 Bligh Street, Rosny Park.

In addition to the required information required above, Council may request additional information necessary to demonstrate compliance with any relevant standards of the Tasmanian Planning Scheme – Clarence. If you require further information about what may be required as part of your application documentation, please contact Council’s Planning Officers on (03) 6217 9550 who will be pleased to assist.

I have arranged permission for council’s representatives to enter the Property to assess this application.
