– I have arranged permissions for Council’s representatives to enter the land to assess this application.
– In accordance with Section 37(3) of the Land Use Planning Approvals Act 1993, the written consent of the owners to the making of the request is attached.
– In accordance with s40T(6) of Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993, a separate written landowner(s) consent for the development application is provided for the concurrent development application submitted under s40T(1). (only applicable if a combined application)
