– I have read the Certificate of Title and Schedule of Easements for the land and am satisfied that this application is not prevented by any restrictions, easements or covenants. – I authorise the provisions of a copy of any documentations relating to this application to any person for the purposes of assessments or public consultation. – I agree to arrange for the permissions of the copyright owner of any part of this application to be obtained. – I have arranged permissions for Council’s representatives to enter the land to assess this application. – In accordance with Section 37(3) of the Land Use Planning Approvals Act 1993, the written consent of the owners to the making of the request is attached. – In accordance with s40T(6) of Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993, a separate written landowner(s) consent for the development application is provided for the concurrent development application submitted under s40T(1).
