Palliative Care Tasmania and Clarence City Council invite you to come along to The Matters of Life and Death Community Event & Mini Expo.
The mini expo is held as part of National Palliative Care Week to ‘celebrate the people at the heart of palliative care in Tasmania’. It is also an opportunity to reflect on ‘Matters of Life and Death’.

Event highlights:
* Hear from local speakers in a panel discussion that celebrates the people at the heart of palliative care.
* Join in a thought-provoking death cafe and foster meaningful conversations about end-of-life care.
* Create hearts with Sarah DeJonge from 1,000 Hearts exploring the concept of compassionate communities.
* Take a short walk with Hospice Volunteers South to explore grief in a supportive environment (weather permitting).

You can register your interest prior to the day or simply show up at the mini expo.

This event is accessible for all with DDA-compliant access and toilet facilities, along with change table facilities for kids.
