Held every two years, the Clarence Prize celebrates excellence in Australian furniture design, where craftsmanship meets concept and objects are built to last.
Presented by the City of Clarence, it’s Australia’s richest acquisitive furniture-design prize, with $20,000 awarded to the winning work, which joins the Clarence Art Collection.
Finalists are recognised for originality, sustainability, innovation and sense of place.
The 2025 judging panel includes interior designer Jane Valentine (TAS), JamFactory CEO Brian Parkes (SA), and acclaimed artist Patrick Hall (TAS).
Exhibition at The Barn from 11am – 5pm (Wednesday to Sunday).
