Wear your brightest clothes and join our Mental Health Week Walk for a morning of connection and fun during Mental Health Week (3 – 11 October).

This community event will be held at Rosny Farm on Saturday, 3 October from 11am to 1pm, with a free BBQ, coffee, live music, activities, and best dressed prizes for the most colourful and brightest outfits.

Everyone is welcome to attend, so come along, wear a splash of colour, and help us raise positive mental health and wellbeing in our community and reduce the stigma of mental illness.

The walk will take place on our new Rosny Parklands Circuit Track.

To help plan your day, more information can be found at the Mental Health Week Walk events page.

It’s an opportunity to be with your community, get active, meet new people, and have open conversations about the challenges of mental health.

The walk supports Mental Health Council of Tasmania’s Appreciate the Little Things Campaign, encouraging people to slow down, find calm, and appreciate the small things that bring happiness and calm.

Lifeline Tasmania will be providing in-person mental health support on the day.

This event aligns with our Community Wellbeing Strategy 2022 – 2032 and is one of many community programs and initiatives across the year to increase health and wellbeing in our community.
