We’ve made it easier to get a copy of your rates notice.

Our new online portal lets you view and download your past notices any time, day or night, from your computer or phone.

The portal allows you to see notices from 2023–24 onwards, sent to you as the property owner.

Before you start

You’ll need:

  • an email address
  • your reference number. This is the 13-digit number starting with 900000XXXXXXX, at the bottom right of page 1 of your rates notice.

Tip: You can also find your reference number in your internet banking, in the details of your last BPAY rates payment.

Set up your account (first time only)

  1. Go to the Rates Portal registration page.
  2. Enter your name and email address.
  3. Tick Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Select Register.
  5. Check your email and select Confirm email. If you can’t see the email, check your junk folder.
  6. Enter your reference number and your name (Addressee) as it appears on your rates notice.
  7. We’ll check your details. This takes up to 1 business day.

Log in next time

Go to the Rates Portal login page and enter your login email and password.

What notices can I see?

You can see notices from 2023–24 onwards that were sent in your name.

  • If you’ve owned your property since 2023–24, you should see all notices from then.
  • If you bought your property later, you’ll only see notices from when you owned it.
  • If you sold your property, you’ll only see notices from before you sold it.
