A scheduled blast will take place at the Flagstaff Gully Quarry on Tuesday, 18 August 2026 between 1pm and 4pm.
The below tracks in the Meehan Ranges will be closed during this time for safety:
- Flagstaff Hill Track
- Big Hill Bypass
- Meehan Skyline Fire Trail between Caves Hill Track and Elevator Climb.
The tracks will reopen after the blast have been completed.
