Lead projects that shape our community! We’re looking for a Project Manager to deliver open space, recreation, and community facility projects from concept to completion, working with skilled teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure they’re on time, on budget, and built to the highest standards.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive projects through the full lifecycle: feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and close‑out.
- Manage budgets, scope, schedules, quality, and contractors.
- Coordinate teams, community consultation, and compliance with WHS and standards.
- Lead and support project staff, providing coaching and guidance.
- Provide expert project advice to stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience delivering recreation, infrastructure or civil projects.
- Strong project management skills; meeting deadlines, budgets and priorities.
- Tender, contract and contractor management experience.
- Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
- Ability to lead, support, and develop team members.
- Competent in reviewing designs and cost estimates, current driver’s licence, and white card.
- A national police check certificate (dated within 6 months) and a white card.
- A degree in Project Management, or something similar, along with experience engaging with stakeholders, would be highly valued.
