Help us support the health, safety, and wellbeing of our workforce. We’re seeking an experienced Injury Management Coordinator to lead workers compensation, rehabilitation, and return-to-work processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys thinking strategically about prevention and wellbeing, while also taking a hands-on role in coordinating injury management.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate and manage workers compensation claims and rehabilitation cases.
  • Develop and implement return-to-work plans with employees, managers, and treating professionals.
  • Provide expert advice on injury prevention, early intervention, and legislative obligations.
  • Liaise with insurers, medical providers, and internal stakeholders for effective case management.
  • Monitor injury data trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver training and awareness programs to build a strong safety and recovery culture.
  • Registration to work with vulnerable people & a current national police check certificate (responsibility of candidate to provide before commencement).

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated experience in injury management, workers compensation, or rehabilitation coordination.
  • Proven track record developing and implementing return-to-work plans.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act, WHS Act).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, empathetic approach.
  • Highly organised with strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
