Play a key role in keeping our Infrastructure and Natural Assets Group organised and on track. From managing correspondence to supporting projects, you’ll help the team deliver great outcomes every day.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage correspondence, enquiries, and requests, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate records.
- Log, allocate, and monitor formal requests, including mayoral and councillor correspondence.
- Provide clear information to stakeholders and maintain business systems, databases, and documents.
- Support meetings and projects, including scheduling, minutes, and materials.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other administrative tasks in line with Council policies.
- Assist with research, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
What you’ll bring
- Experience providing high-level administrative support in a busy environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond professionally to enquiries
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- High attention to detail in document preparation, proofreading, and data management.
- Proficient with business software and document management systems, and able to work collaboratively with a team.

- Base salary between $76,948.44 and $88,899.69 will be offered (dependent on skills and experience) + 13 % superannuation
