Fitness in the Park is a free fitness program now run in five locations across Clarence. It’s open to the whole community and caters to a diverse range of fitness levels and mobilities.
The sessions are run by fitness health professionals and include a range of aerobic exercise, balance, body weight exercise, circuits, core strength, and walking – but these can be modified to suit the individual need.
The summer program runs from 6 October – 2 April 2026
- Monday 9.30am – 10.30am, Richmond Village Green
(Meeting point – Village Green Car Park) - Tuesday 9.30am -10.30am Simmons Park, Lindisfarne
(Meeting point – carpark, Lindisfarne Rowing Club end) - Wednesday 5.30pm – 6.30pm, Kangaroo Bay in Rosny
(Meeting point – children’s play area) - Thursday 9.30-10.30am South Arm Oval, South Arm
(Meeting point – Oval carpark) - Friday 9.30-10.30am Bellerive Beach Park, Bellerive

Please note: Christmas break is between Monday 23rd December 2025 to 2nd Jan 2026. Sessions resuming as normal Monday 5th Jan 2026.
Meeting Points: Meeting points vary, please sign in with the trainer on arrival.
Bookings: Bookings are not taken for the sessions, just come along!
Extreme weather conditions may impact sessions and there are no sessions on public holidays.
