Are you or someone you love in the rainbow community thinking about growing older and considering additional support through aged care?

Working It Out Inc are hosting a free informal information session exploring recent changes to aged care frameworks, with a focus on the rights and needs of older people and what these changes mean for you and your loved ones.

This relaxed and conversational afternoon will provide plenty of opportunity to ask questions and share experiences. We will also introduce services that offer connection and support, including the Care Finder program and the Rainbow Connections Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme.

This session is proudly hosted by Working It Out in partnership with COTA Tasmania and the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.

We would love you to be part of the conversation. This is a free event, but you must register.

A light lunch will be provided.
