Fitness in the Park is a free fitness program now run in various locations across Clarence. It’s open to the whole community and caters to a diverse range of fitness levels and mobilities.
The sessions are run by fitness health professionals and include a range of aerobic exercise, balance, body weight exercise, circuits, core strength, and walking – but these can be modified to suit the individual need.
The winter program runs from 14 April 2026 to 2 October 2026
- Tuesday 9.30am -10.30am Simmons Park, Lindisfarne
(Meeting point – carpark, Lindisfarne Rowing Club end) - Thursday 9.30am – 10.30am South Arm Oval, South Arm
(Meeting point – carpark next to the oval) - Friday 9.30-10.30am Bellerive Beach Park, Bellerive
(Meeting point – stairs at the main car park)
Please note: sessions will not be run on public holidays.
