Clarence City Council is delighted to welcome the Skylands project for Droughty Point.
The project will complement work already done on a draft structure plan for the area and contribute to a more robust and comprehensive outcome.
Led by the American-based urban design company DPZ CoDesign, the proposed project will see masterplan work undertaken for 350 hectares of farmland owned by the Carr family, with the final goal to transform it into a sustainable community.
DPZ CoDesign will actively engage with the community throughout the development of the project and are seeking community input now to create a Master Plan that enriches the area around the site and greater Hobart.
