Under Section 14 of the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982, in the interest of public safety, it is intended to close the footway on 4 Queen Street, Bellerive which currently links the Council owned car park at 3 Percy Street to Queen Street, Bellerive. The footway to be closed is shown on the plan below.
Objections to this closure may be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 96, Rosny Park, 7018 and must be received by close of business on Monday 20 March 2023.
