In light of COVID-19 measures, the meeting will be conducted electronically, not in person at the Council Chambers.  An audio visual recording of the meeting will be published to the Council’s website on the following day.

As no in-person attendance is possible, any deputations or public questions proposed to be presented to the meeting are to be provided in writing to by 4.00pm on the day of the meeting.  These will be read out during the relevant section of the agenda.  Information regarding Public Question Time and Deputations is available at
