In light of COVID-19 measures the meeting will be conducted electronically, not in person at the Council Chambers. An audiovisual recording of the meeting will be published to council’s website on the following day.

As no in-person attendance is possible, any deputations or public questions proposed to be presented to the meeting are to be provided in writing to by 4.00pm on the day of the meeting.  These will be read out during the relevant section of the agenda.
