The Meeting will be held in person in the Council Chambers, 38 Bligh Street, Rosny Park. However, due to social distancing and maximum density requirements associated with COVID-19, we are unable to accommodate a public gallery for this meeting. The meeting will be live-streamed via a link available on the council’s Facebook page. An audio-visual recording of the meeting will be published to the council’s website on the following day.
As no public attendance is possible, any public questions proposed to be presented to the meeting are to be provided in writing to clarence@ccc.tas.gov.au by 4.00pm on the day of the meeting.
Applications for deputations will need to be received by noon on Friday 18 September. Questions and deputations will be read out during the relevant section of the agenda. Information regarding Public Question Time and Deputations is available at www.ccc.tas.gov.au/your-council/council-meetings.
