Notice of intention to lease public land – Cambridge Memorial Oval

In accordance with Section 178 of the Local Government Act 1993 Council intends to extend the area of public land leased to the Department of Education (DoE) by approximately 912 square metres for proposed new Cambridge Primary School buildings and an extension to the existing playground, in accordance with the DoE Cambridge Primary School Master Plan.

A copy of the Master Plan of the area is available at the Council offices and below.

Any objection to the proposed lease, stating the grounds of the objection, may be made in writing to the General Manager, PO Box 96, Rosny Park, 7018 by no later than close of business Monday 10 December 2018.
