NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEASE PUBLIC LAND
26 Sugarloaf Road, Risdon Vale
In accordance with section 178 of the Local Government Act 1993 the Clarence City Council gives notice of its intention to renew the lease of an area of land at 26 Sugarloaf Road, Risdon Vale to the Risdon Vale Neighbourhood Centre Inc. for the existing community garden. The lease term will be for 10 years.
A plan of the area is available at the Council offices and below.
Any objection to the proposed leasing of this public land may be made in writing to the General Manager, PO Box 96, Rosny Park, 7018 by no later than close of business Friday 15 July 2022.
