NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEASE PUBLIC LAND
15 Eleanor Court, Acton Park (Single Hill)
In accordance with section 178 of the Local Government Act 1993 the Clarence City Council gives notice of its intention to lease an area of land at 15 Eleanor Court, Acton Park (Single Hill) to Amplitel Pty Ltd being a subsidiary of Telstra Corporation Limited for the existing communications tower. The lease term will be for 5 years with an option for two further renewal terms of 5 years each.
A plan of the area is available at the Council offices and on the Council website www.ccc.tas.gov.au
Any objection to the proposed leasing of this public land may be made in writing to the General Manager, PO Box 96, Rosny Park, 7018 by no later than close of business Friday 12 August 2022.
