The warehouse will be located at 25 South Arm Highway and it is intended that the development would combine trade and home improvements/DIY sales.

The proposed development would have a total floor area of 13,441mand would provide 288 onsite car parking spaces. This will make the store equivalent to Bunning’s largest stores throughout the country.

A new signalised intersection with the South Arm Highway is also proposed as part of the development. This will include traffic lights to control turning movements to and from the site to ensure efficient access without having a detrimental impact on the flow of traffic on South Arm Highway. The development will also include a left turn lane from South Arm Highway at the intersection.
